Job Description

Toyo Engineering is looking for a procurement vendor specialist. The Procurement and Vendor Development Specialist will work with key stakeholders in order to understand their requirements, compile specifications, facilitate vendor selection and negotiate agreements on behalf of participating CASs - utilizing tools and processes such as RFP’s, RFQ’s, and RFI’s. The position will be expected to collaborate and share information within, and across, departments and agencies and support various specification working groups. The role will also be responsible for initially building mutually beneficial relationships with strategic suppliers to ensure ongoing value is delivered to OACAS and CASs through these contractual relationships.

• Manage and mange external vendor relations within Operations Department.

• Perform as functional bridge amongst external vendors as well as internal stakeholders.

• Coordinate all vendor management tasks inclusive of working with external vendors and internal employees.

• Ensure enterprise-wide needs for due diligence, risk assessment and continuing vendor monitoring are being accomplished.

• Help and coordinate vendor processes and methods to approve vendors.

• Ensure to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance.

• Troubleshoot all vendor problems and present to management as required.

• Identify improvement areas internally as well as perform closely with all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions.

• Identify and implement continuously enhance efficiencies associated with vendor management plus produce fulfillment.

• Participate to formulate workflow processes, methods and policies for applying vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and engaging with vendors.
  • Coordinating marketing events.
  • Developing and sourcing content for digital platforms.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • Google Analytics and AdWords certifications are advantageous.
  • Proven experience working as a digital marketing consultant.
  • Sound knowledge of lead generation, digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and SEO best practices.
  • The ability to analyze large amounts of data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
