
• JGC is seeking to hire a Supply Chain Assistant to support the effective operation of the project execution office and related program activities by providing general procurement support, in accordance with SCD procurement policies and procedures and relevant project requirements.
• A clear understanding of the procurement policy and to assist and counsel program and office management on required procurement practices and procedures.
• Collect offers from potential vendors for all operational and program activities
•Ensure that purchase thresholds and approval procedures are used appropriately.
• Implement contracts by suppliers and ensure the greatest benefit for the organization.
• Participating and contributing in the management of supplies and evaluating them in the supplier list management.
• Regularly reporting and providing incident reports to the Supply Chain and Procurement head management.
• Manage archiving procurement operations’ documents (Electronic, Paper).
• Follow with all quality control visit and ensure vendors providing items as per contract
• Work closely with the procurement team.
