Job Description

• Mobile Inc. is seeking Assistant Japanese Communications Help-desk and Office Support

• This position will require close coordination with team leadership and multiple support functions to manage risk and promote

• property growth for the organization in a proactive and efficient manner. You must also enjoy working in a dynamic ande

• Since your work is versatile, you might assist with the preparation and delivery of the various training/readiness sessions.

• You will help the company search and acquire properties that are minpaku-ok, help set-up, and furnish new properties. It also includes driving and assisting in moving in and out of properties.

• You will also assist in trying to get new sales like contacting hostels or hotels for cleaning service or help in getting property management clients

Responsibilities

  • Focus on: the development of Japanese internal communications for our Office team and other communications with Japanese suppliers and agents.
  • Build on: the development of additional properties and business opportunities.
  • Organize on: the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of Asistee management system and operating model
  • upport on: the management of internal and external engagement, driving processes and participating in special projects and teams as needed.
  • rovide team clear communication and information for anything related to our Asistee daily operations that require Japanese language.

Education + Experience

  • High school diploma or associate’s degree.
  • 3Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
  • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary./span>
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
  • Work with minimum supervision, manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role
  • Excellent technical communication and collaboration skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
